"Don't wait, call Jake!" Jacob Mizgalski is a licensed Real Estate Broker holding a designation in SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and a lifelong resident of Central WI. Growing up in Wausau, WI and riding his bike past “cool” properties- little did he know those properties would turn into his career.  A 2011 graduate of D.C. Everest and later pursuing a degree in Marketing and Advertising he found a career in real estate and quickly started making waves.  A definite people person with an emphasis on the joys the Greater Wausau community provides, Jake's main goal is to make any real estate transaction stress free, educational, fast and hopefully fun!   Many of his current clients are past and current referrals from buyers, sellers and agents who are all willing to send people his way all based on past client satisfaction.  By his side can also be found another pair of top producing Realtors, Rachel Mizgalski and mother-in-law Carolyn McNamara.  Together year over year they continue to represent sellers and buyers at a high volume and have been awarded the eXp Realty Icon Agent Award for strong business acumen, sales volume and client satisfaction.  Jake was the first eXp Realty agent in Central Wisconsin and quickly helped spread the brand and introduce new agents to the firm. While he loves to work with sellers and buyers of all property types and price ranges he quickly fell into the niche of investors, high-end properties, water-front, luxury, unique, and historic. He has been highly involved in the community for many years and has been a member of many local non-profits such as the Mosinee Community Theatre, Wausau Community Theatre, Wausau Lyric Choir, My Team Triumph, Central WI Educational Theatre Alliance, North Central Wisconsin NAVHDA, Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce and Mosinee Chamber of Commerce just to name a few. He has been passionate about Realtor safety and has hosted proactive events for local Realtor members on the subject. When he’s not negotiating for his clients he can be found boating on the local waterways, running/hiking, traveling, attending local events, trap shooting, bird hunting, listening to music and spending quality time with his wife Rachel, daughter, family and friends.
